We are going to launch our contests as soon as we grew bigger but as for now here are our rules:
1.Originality- this is the first thing., No copying of:
:!: Design
:!: Background or Banner- this is strictly prohibited
2.Concept - the lay-out should fit our concept {e.g. Sunny}
3.Credits - those lay-outs without credits are due to deletion
Judges for the Layout Contest will be revealed after the contest proper.
There will be a one-week registration after the contest was launched.
Rule-breaker of the contest will be given a sanction depending on the case.
Other rules will be given on the contest launching.
