 Create a new document any size u want make it "Transparent"...... Now draw ur brush to whatever u want,,,  Click Edit> Define Brush Preset Change the name of ur brush according to ur like...  Click OK then look at ur brush tool...  You can see ur brush in the brush palette  Just expand ur imagination in making ur own brushes.... :lol:
